Think back to your childhood…what were your dreams? Did you think that you could do anything or become anyone you wanted? I did…I remember thinking that one day when I grew up, I was going to be someone great! I was going to do amazing things and people from everywhere would look up to me…I was going to be famous!
Now, the reality is I was never going to be a movie start or a singer…no one would want that, I promise! However, that greatness inside of me, is the same greatness that is inside of each of us, it just comes out and looks different in our lives depending on our gifts and talents. The sad truth is as we grow up many of us tend to allow the issues, struggles and heartaches of life to drown out that once loud voice inside that said “YOU CAN!”
What or who has stolen your dreams? What voices are you listening to that are telling you that “You Can’t” when really YOU CAN! With determination, learning, and persistance you can still be all that you ever dreamed to be. But, it will not happen just because you wish it to. You will need goals and most impotantly belief. You must believe in yourself to achieve you dreams.
Here are three books I recommend you get started with to help you put your stinkin’ thinkin away and start seeing yourself for the “you” thats really inside. The “you” that can do anything, and become all you dream of.
