Your body is a machine! It’s built to operate and function in many miraculous ways. One reason people start to run out of steam or get sick is that they are not getting the vitamins & minerals necessary for their system to operate and function correctly. Much like a car needs gas, oil, break fluid, anti freeze etc. your body needs vitamins & minerals to operate the way that God designed it to.

3.Vitamin D -It’s known for giving us strong bones and teeth. However, it does give us another VERY IMPORTANT health benefit; without vitamin D we can’t properly absorb calcium.
4.Calcium – Strong bones and teeth as well as a healthy nervous system. Calcium is essential!
5. Magnesium – Helps us utilize carbohydrates, fats and proteins. Magnesium is also important for muscles, including your HEART!
6. Chromium – Helps us to use insulin correctly in our bodies which is vitally important to our metabolism.
7. Potassium – Is need for a healthy nervous system. It’s just as important for your kidneys and your heart as well.
